REFUND/REDO POLICY I, KURLY KITTYS reserve the rights to a NO refund policy on all handmade products from Kittys Boutique! due to most orders being personalized, hand crafted, time consuming, and your choice of color, glitter, design choices, Kurly Kittys will offer you a discount to apply on next a purchase or hair service. ANY problems with Kurly Kittys products outside of handcrafted items can be discussed by contacting Kitty.
• If you are not satisfied with a HAIR SERVICE you have received, please notify MYSELF, Or management if not comfortable letting me know IMMEDIATELY, I would like to have the opportunity to re-service prior to your departure from the salon. I will not be held liable for any problems after your departure.
•Maintenance is KEY when receiving protective styles If you do not maintain your own hair after leaving or protect your style most importantly, by keeping your head wrapped when sleeping/indoors, it is not Kurly Kitty's fault. SILK BONNETS, DURAGS, HEAD WRAPS, SCARFS, & PROTECTIVE HEAD WRAPS ARE 100% RECOMMENDED TO WEAR WHEN INSIDE SLEEPING or in high weather conditions.
